1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • With proof of purchase (order number, invoice).

2. Non-returnable Items

  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged

  • Perishable items (e.g. fresh herbs)

  • Gift cards

3. How to Initiate Return

  • Provide order number, reason for return, photos if applicable

  • We will guide you with the return address & instructions

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection

  • If approved, refund is processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refund will be issued to original payment method

5. Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless we sent a wrong or defective product)

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method

 

6. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order and return unwanted items.

7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will rectify at no cost (replacement or refund) once verified.
